  ACT- Diagnosis

• Pulse less
• Loss of consciousness –15 secs
• Resp arrest 1-3 mts after cardiac arrest
• Pupils dilate and later fixed
• Color changes to pale and blue
• ECG- st line or VF occassionally EMD
• Absent heart sounds
