Dr. UPASNA BHAGAT passed MBBS from LSRM Medical College Meerut. DGO & MD (Gynaecology & Obstrics) from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University in 1984 and practiced as a Senior Resident in St. Stephen’s Hospital after M.D.. She started private practice with her own clinic and associated with local hospitals and nursing homes. In 1992 she started her own establishment by the name of Bhagat Hospital at Janak Puri - New Delhi.

Bhagat Hospital works on the principle of Multi Specialty Neighbourhood Health Care System. After successfully working as a routine Obstrician & Gynaecologist for nearly 10 year, Dr. Upasana went for special training in Ultra Sonography and Color Doppler (FOGSI recognized), after which she took training in the field of Infertility from Institute of Reproduction Medicine, Salt lake city Kolkatta. In 2003, she started Hope Fertility Clinic along with her ongoing Obstetrics & Gynaecology practice.

Dr. Upasana is married to Dr. C.M.Bhagat (Anesthesia) who is a senior Anesthesiologist and has excellent administration skills which he portrays managing two hospitals at present. He is very active in IMA (presently president- IMA Janak Puri) and is well known in society for his various social activities.
