Dr. Chander Mohan Bhagat believes in taking up challenging assignment where he can continue to apply his Social, Administrative & Hospital management skills in a wide exposure of medical services keeping a positive and committed attitude. An M.B.B.S from UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, (UCMS), UNIVERSITY OF DELHI in 1978 followed by M.D ( Anesthesiology) from ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE (AIIMS), NEW DELHI in 1981.
With a total experience of 28 years, Dr. Bhagat is currently the Medical Director of Bhagat multi-specialty hospital, New Delhi (an ISO 9001:2008 certified organization) from 1992. His key responsibilities here are the overall management & administration of hospital as per ISO standards, hospital team direction & motivation, new project planning & its implementation, establishment & operation planning management of up coming hospitals, selection of all type of doctors / consultant / Para medicals & nursing staff, managing - doctors, pharmacy labs, maintenance& housekeeping, hospital OPD/ IPD management, health check up management & waste management, HR, finance management, ISO, DNB & materials management (stores / purchase / pharmacy). He is the one man force behind the growth and success of Bhagat hospitals.
Dr. Bhagat is the elected President of the IMA (Indian Medical Association) Janakpuri, along with his other important positions that he holds at various esteemed associations like: "DMA, NH Forum"," Godhuli" and "Indian Society of Anesthesiology"
He is well known social activist and always keeps his foot forward for any kind of work related to the benefit of the society. It is on these ideas and principles that he founded Bhagat Hospital a multi specialty hospital in the neighborhood with a view to provide immediate solution to all medical problems of the neighboring population. Along with his 2 Hospitals he has an NGO ‘MUSKAN – SOCIETY FOR SPREADING HAPPINESS’ under its banner he does all his social work.
As an author Dr. Bhagat has the book “WHY WE DO NOT LOSE WEIGHT?” to his credit and he is on the verge of releasing his new book “WHY WE ARGUE?”. His mission for life is to help establish basic health services for the people of his community rather than running after mounting Superspeciality centers.
